Align the hip belt with the rucksack.
Flip the hip belt over towards the rucksack.
Weave the strap through the top webbing on the rucksack. Pull tight.
Now weave the strap through the top webbing on the hip belt. Pull tight.
Now weave through the webbing on the rucksack, then back to the hip belt’s webbing. Pulling tight each time.
After weaving back and forth, finally tuck the strap into the hip belt.

Cannot recommend this belt enough if you are newer to rucking. Saved my shoulders on heavier rucks. Loops right onto the pack and takes the weight off of your back and distributes equally. Super helpful.

The rucking hip belt made a noticeable difference right away. I used it on a longer weighted walk with about 40 lbs loaded in my pack, and it helped take a lot of pressure off my lower back. lol I'm getting old.

A little confusing initially to attach but the installation guide helped alot.
I bought the Ruckercise backpack a few weeks ago and decided to get the belt shortly after - which is truly a must have.
Not only is it a great addition to my walks/runs but being able to put some of the weight load on my hips to keep the ruck stable when I hit some pull ups and burpees is a huge benefit. The rucking belt and the backpack are also really comfortable with great padding. Highly recommend to buying both.
Hip belt is solid and fits well. Haven't loaded the pack down yet but I think it will preform nicely.
If you are serious about rucking, a hip belt is a must. While you can find other brands hip belt "deals" this specially molle adaptable to the Ridge is extraordinary. I highly recommend buying it along with some iron plate weight and the rucksack to enjoy their promo if they still have it.
Please don't take the 4-star rating as anything wrong with the product, it is made with very high quality. My issue was that I am too thin for it to tighten down very tightly.
